Cancellation Policy

Set-up and Tear-Down performed by Backyard Hit Club. Rental is for the calendar day. If multiple days required for rental, each calendar day will be charged. Damage deposit of $100 required upon rental to be returned to renter party if cage, helmets, balls and any additional equipment are returned in same condition as received. Backyard Hit Club will ensure all products are in safe condition upon arrival. During use, renting party must insure batter and pitcher are both wearing helmets while in cage. Only 1 batter and 1 pitcher allowed in cage at a time while in use. Pitcher or front tosser must stay behind safety L- Screen at all times while pitching/tossing to batter. Backyard Hit Club, LLC is not responsible for injury or misuse of batting cage or products. Renting party agrees that homeowner insurance will be used for any damage or injury incurred to their property, selves or patrons while renting services and good from Backyard Hit Club, LLC. All children 16 and under must be supervised while using any goods or products rented from Backyard Hit Club, LLC.
